Mersa Textile was established in Istanbul in 2008 with more than 20 years of experience. In a short period of time, we started to serve the giant brands of the country and the customers in a wide geographical area in Europe, searching for the way to blend experience and young people with our dynamism and always growing up. At present, it has been serving its customers with its 100 staff in its whole process of manufacturing in an area of 3500m². It has 100.000 monthly production capacity with its all coordination and organization.

Modeling

With high-tech equipment and licensed software, the molds of the products are prepared and both sample production and manufacturing start-up are planned and carried out.

Cutting

Control and cutting of fabrics is done with latest technology equipments. Each section passes through quality control and is passed through the eye in the thinnest way.

Sewing

In the sewing workshop equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, all details are followed and the products are planted with high quality and ready to be washed.

Ironing and Packaging

The products are cleaned and ironed, they are finally inspected. The products are packed in desired quality, stacked in the arms and made ready for shipment.
